RRB Group D Exam Date 2026: Exam date for Railway Group D Recruitment 2026 CBT-1 has been officially released by Railway Recruitment Board. This time, exam will be conducted from 3rd August to 21st August 2026. Under this recruitment, candidates will be selected for a total of 22,195 posts.
Candidates who have applied for this recruitment will get their Exam Intimation Slip 10 days before the exam, and the Admit Card will be released 3 to 4 days before exam on the board’s official website https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/.

For 22,195 posts of Railway Group D, CBT-1 exam will be conducted at different exam centers from 3rd August to 21st August 2026.
How Will Be Railway Group D Computer Based Test?
In Railway Group D Recruitment 2026 CBT-1 exam, 100 questions of 100 marks will be asked from General Science, Mathematics, Reasoning, and General Awareness subjects.
Candidates please note that there is also a negative marking of one-third mark for each wrong answer in the exam.
What Will Be Passing Marks for Railway Group D?
To pass Railway Group D Recruitment CBT-1 exam, it is mandatory to secure 40% marks for General and EWS category candidates and 30% marks for SC, ST, and PwD category candidates.

Let’s Know What Is Selection Process for Railway Group D Recruitment?
The selection of candidates in the Railway Group D Recruitment will be done in multiple stages.
In first stage, candidates will have to appear for a Computer Based Test (CBT). Which will be conducted from 3rd August to 21st August.
In second stage, candidates will undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
In final stage, candidates will undergo Document Verification and a Medical Examination.
